How it works

• Build one habit at a time.
• Daily habits unlock the next one after 21 check‑ins. Other schedules unlock it after 30 days.
• You can miss once, but missing twice in a row restarts the count.
• Forgot to check in? You can still tap yesterday's square.
• Tap a habit to see missed days, rename it, or change its schedule. Schedule changes start that day and never rewrite the past.
• After 90 days without missing twice, a habit is part of your routine, and you'll be asked whether to archive it.

Your habits are saved on this device only, and Safari keeps a separate copy from the Home Screen app. Back them up now and then.
